From Rzeszow to Potenza…

A group of 15 Polish students came to sunny Italy within the Leonardo da Vinci project “Mobilny informatyk-nowe technologie, nowe możliwości”.

They stayed in Potenza 3 weeks and they have done a language course and 3 weeks of work placement in IT companies.

Jowita and Agnieszka are in Italy within the Leonardo da Vinci project : “PROMOTION AND ADVERTISING AS A KEY TO COMPANY SUCCESS “.

They attend their work placements at “Circolo Culturale S. Spaventa Filippi”. In this TV news, their teacher Ewa Borkowska and two representatives of SISTEMA TURISMO, explain the objectives of the educational project they participate in.

A group of 24 French students were in Italy for a 3 weeks stay in Rimini.
They will do a first week of language course and 2 weeks of work placement in companies of pastry, bakery and auto body mechanic sector.

From 24th September till 1st October 2010 the Leonardo da Vinci Project “INTEGRATION OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND INTO MODERN TECHNOLOGIES OF TOURISM CATERING AND SPECIALITIES ” took place in Rimini.

The protagonists of the project was a group of 6 Lithuanians teachers that has done a series of professional visits in the field of tourism and catering.

The teachers met the President of EARTH Academy (European Academy for Rural Territories Hospitality -www.earthacademy.eu) to talk about the development of rural tourism in Emilia Romagna, and they also visited prestigious hotels.

The LdV mobility projects “JAUNŲJŲ VERSLININKŲ ĮMONIŲ DARBUOTOJŲ KVALIFIKACIJOS KĖLIMAS IT SRITYJE” was held in Rimini from 20th of September to 2nd of October 2010 and had as protagonist a delegation of 10 professionals and entrepreneurs coming from Lithuania.

The beneficiaries of the project made several professional visits organized by Sistema Turismo, in the field of corporate communication, better called web communication (creating and maintaining web sites).

One of these professional visits took place in a entertainment and marketing agency in Bellaria Igea Marina, and has been enriched by the presence of the mayor of the city.

International Conference “The Key Competences and European Qualification Frame in vocational education and training within the scope of European labour market”

From 5th to 9th of October 2010, the international conference “The Key Competences and European Qualification Frame in vocational education and training within the scope of European labour market” was held in Kielce, Poland.

Luciano Donato Marino, chairman of Sistema Turismo, attended to the conference sharing his ten-year experience in the management of European mobility projects.

The initiative was sponsored by Vocational Training Centre of Kielce (Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego – ZDZ) and also included visits to professional schools in the area.

Work placement in hairdressing field

Work placement of two Hungarian students participants to the Leonardo da Vinci project “ WORK BASED LEARNING OF VOCATIONAL STUDENTS IN SOUTHERN EUROPE“.

They stayed in Italy with other two students and they did work placements in companies, during 4 weeks, in hairdressing sector, organised by Sistema Turismo.

During this time they had the opportunity of getting new skills in their field of specialization, as well as, learning some basic Italian and a new culture!

10 participants from Canary Islands (Spain) have visited Rimini thanks to the Leonardo da Vinci project “Buona Impresa” with the aim of getting a better knowledge of Telecommunication systems sector in Italy.

In the video, the group is visiting a local TV network and the tutor of Sistema Turismo, Miriam, is interviewd.
